Our products are delivered in the following ways:

• Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address.  Please verify your correct address.
• Tracking information will be available except on single order needles.  They ship USPS stamp.
• Orders shipped within 1 - 5 days.
• Please contact us if there are problems like missing pieces or delayed deliveries and we will make it right for you.
